Airport technical and operational training
We provide airport training tailored to staff responsibilities, infrastructure, and work procedures: initial and recurrent training for airports in Romania, including Oradea and Bihor.

Airport training: how to build a competency-based program: a practical article for project preparation.
Training needs analysis
We develop and deliver technical and operational training programs for airport staff based on an analysis of responsibilities, critical tasks, and the competencies required for each role. We evaluate the existing skill level and the gaps relative to job requirements, correlating participant experience with the specifics of the infrastructure and operations. We define measurable learning objectives, target knowledge and skills, prerequisites, and performance levels that can be verified through assessment.
Initial and recurrent training
We structure training into initial, recurrent, refresher modules following career breaks, and adaptation training for new duties, equipment, or procedures. We establish the content, duration, sequence of modules, and the balance between theoretical and practical components based on task complexity and the consequences of execution errors. We align training schedules with airport operations, operational changes, and needs identified through audits, risk assessments, and incident analysis.
Technical and operational topics
Topics may include movement area operation and inspection, infrastructure and visual aids maintenance, apron safety, runway incursion prevention, and managing works in an operational environment. We develop modules on safety management, hazard identification, risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and change management. For specialized technical fields, we address aeronautical easements, OLS and OFZ surfaces, CNS/MET protection, and airport documentation interpretation, adapting the depth of the training to the participants' responsibilities.
Case studies and exercises
We use case studies, diagrams, technical documentation, and exercises built on representative aerodrome situations. Scenarios focus on identifying a deficiency, interpreting the applicable requirement, selecting the operational measure, and documenting the decision. We integrate exercises for filling out records, analyzing findings, and applying procedures, as well as demonstrations or supervised practical activities, as applicable. We address human and organizational factors, communication, and coordination between functions as elements of correct task execution.
Materials and competency assessment
We develop course materials, worksheets, tests, and assessment grids correlated with the objectives of each module. We assess knowledge through written or oral methods and application capability through scenarios, demonstrations, and observation of task performance. We define assessment criteria, critical elements, and re-assessment conditions, ensuring evaluation consistency among participants. We analyze results and propose additional training for competencies that are not sufficiently consolidated. We provide specific support for organizing periodic competency checks relative to the duties actually performed.
Records and training tracking
We organize training and assessment records by documenting participants, topics, durations, materials used, instructors, evaluators, and results obtained. We support the updating of competency matrices and the tracking of due training and checks, in correlation with the aerodrome manual and internal procedures. We evaluate the effectiveness of the programs through participant results, observations from daily activity, and subsequent findings, using this information to revise content and consolidate training.
