AIP updates and airport data
We prepare and verify airport data for AIP updates, from texts and tables to charts and supporting documents, for airports in Romania and projects in Oradea and Bihor.

Airport information subject to change
We prepare the technical documentation and datasets necessary for updating airport information published in the AIP by correlating infrastructure changes with the operational configuration and conditions of use of the aerodrome. We analyze data regarding runways, taxiways, aprons, and parking stands, including coordinates, elevations, dimensions, surface characteristics, and their bearing strength. We verify the consistency of declared distances (TORA, TODA, ASDA, and LDA) with supporting documentation, threshold configurations, and any applicable restrictions.
Data quality and sources
We verify data quality in terms of accuracy, resolution, integrity, completeness, and traceability against the requirements for each element. We correlate information from geodetic surveys, projects, handover documentation, and operational records, ensuring compatibility of reference systems, units of measurement, and value expression rules. We identify discrepancies and poorly substantiated data, and we document the necessary checks or additions before submission for publication.
Consistency of texts, tables, and charts
We identify the AIP sections and cartographic representations affected by each change and verify the consistency of information across texts, tables, and charts. We correlate the names and identifiers of runways, taxiways, and parking stands with markings, signage, and aerodrome documentation. We analyze information about visual aids, lighting, facilities, services, and operational limitations so that the published description reflects the configuration and conditions of use intended for the effective date.
Preparing AIP update proposals
We organize update proposals into comparative records, presenting existing information, the proposed value or wording, the technical justification, and the source documentation. We prepare data tables, graphic materials, and supporting documents, maintaining version identification, verification responsibilities, and change history. For changes affecting multiple sections or charts, we ensure the correlated update of all references, including the removal of information that is no longer applicable.
Submission to AIS/AIM
We support the airport operator in preparing and submitting materials to Aeronautical Information Services (AIS/AIM), according to the established verification and acceptance process. We correlate the documentation schedule with processing deadlines and effective dates, including AIRAC cycles for changes entering this system. Depending on whether the change is permanent or temporary and its operational significance, we prepare supporting information for AIP amendments, AIP supplements, or NOTAM requests, in coordination with the responsible entities.
Clarifications and publication verification
We provide support in resolving clarifications and verifying the consistency between the submitted and published information. We monitor the correlation of updates with the aerodrome manual, the aeronautical data catalog, and operational procedures, as well as document any errors and requests for correction. We maintain a record of revisions and supporting documents for future updates and compliance audits.
